A graduate of the French Culinary Institute/International Culinary Center, the Pith Zester carries with him not only the knowledge of classic French technique, but also a base of the fundamentals of Southern Grandma cuisine. Hailing from Tennessee & Alabama, his favorite dishes are those that harken back to his youth, but bring a modern twist or a fresh take.

Currently a line cook at a “new American” restaurant in Brooklyn, NY, he has worked in food media and enjoys sharing his love of food daily with the whole of the Internet.
