  1. I disagree on the ice cream. It does not take that long. I love that I can control exactly how much sugar goes in and can make up some flavors. Whatever fruit is going in season I make up a batch. Last year I had so much basil I made ice cream…not my best ffavor.

  2. Thanks for sharing! It seems like the one thing I can never find in New York is an authentic baguette – maybe they’re right, it’s time to take the situation into my own hands.
